Shipping Rates and Policies
We are offering FREE *Ground Shipping on select products.  These items will be marked FREE SHIPPING!
Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs are actual posted UPS "daily pickup" rates.  We do not charge any "handling" fees.  We only charge you actual shipping costs from the warehouse where the item is shipped. 
Shipping Method:
UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping Time:
Orders are normally shipped within 1 - 3 business days of order placement.

Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery.


 
Returns Policy and Procedure

  • WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ORDER THE INCORRECT SIZE.  PLEASE get out a tape measure or ruler to verify measurements.
  • If there is an issue with the item you purchased, you must allow us the opportunity to correct the problem (Defect part, damaged in shipping, etc)   If we cannot resolve the problem, you will receive a full refund, less the shipping costs and insurance.  Otherwise, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
  •  All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • To request your Return Authorization Number, please email customerservice@dogcratecity.com or call (702) 683-3609.
  • Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 10 days to return the item(s).
  • All returned items must be in new, resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable).
  • Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customers expense.
  • Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
